VacFix® Vacuum Cushions are the original, high quality reliable vacuum fixation cushions. The Cushions have the thinnest plastic foil available to reduce the build-up effect to a minimum, yet are extremely ridged and resistant towards foil rupture. The ability to mold very fine structures to provide the highest number of fixation points offers optimal reproducibility. The flexibility of customized sizes, shapes and fillings combined with a very fast production time makes it possible and very easy for the user to create their own design to meet the exact demands and specifications.
The vacuum-based Vac-Fix System consists of only a few components making it fast and easy to use. The reusability of the cushions combined with quick set-up time gives your department the highest cost-benefit ratio.
The Vac-Fix Dual Function Vacuum Pump ensures the ideal vacuum for firm and stable shells. A tone sounds when the correct vacuum has been reached. There is no need to guess when a complete vacuum has been achieved. The Vac-Fix does not require special room ventilation.
