exchanges or returns are subject to a restocking charge. CUSTOM PRODUCT ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
 To exchange or return a product, JRT Associates must be notified within 10 days of receipt of shipment. The item must
be in its original box and in resalable condition. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

A return authorization number must be obtained by calling 800-221-0111 before returning the product. Specify your
return authorization number, facility name, and your address on both the shipping label and inside the packaging. Unless
