The Cosmas Cup is a custom device that provides lift to the patient’s breast and helps eliminate unwanted folds during radiotherapy treatment. Developed in conjunction with therapist Dawn Cosmas, the Cosmas Cup helps minimize breakdown under the breast. By minimizing breast skin folds, skin dose is reduced. The Cosmas Cup offers easy and precise repositioning.

Cosmas Cup precuts have a consistent perforation pattern containing no solid areas. This maximizes skin sparing. The Aquaplast portion of the cup is heated in water and molded around the patient’s breast. The strap is secured after the molding process and then taped into place to ensure reproducibility. Available in four sizes.
