Thermoplastic is available in 4 thicknesses (1.6 mm, 2.4 mm, 3.2 mm, and 4.8 mm) and a variety of perforation patterns. The standard perforation pattern has a 40% open area, but a 20% open (micro-perforated) pattern is also available. Percentages are approximate and vary based on sheet thickness. Extended length U-Frames provide for improved thorax coverage. Slim Line U-Frames allow for greater ear clearance.
