Max3 Narrow Carbon Fiber Breast Board |
CT friendly and IMRT ready, the carbon fiber Max3 Narrow Breast Board is 41 cm at the widest point. Minimal loose parts and ergonomic design help to maximize function, ease of use and patient comfort. Carbon Fiber wedge angles are connected and stored in the breast board base.These wedge angles are designed to distribute weight evenly across the whole board, minimizing bowing or flexing and adding to the strength of the board. The Max3 is lightweight and easy to transport. Includes head cup,hand post, thermoplastic handles, angles and backstop. The Clocking Plate Arm Support rotates the arm right and left and also moves up and down. This system will allow you to easily move the arm into the position needed. Its low profile design is ideal for smaller bore CT’s. The Clocking Plates provide 3 axes of adjustment with multiple indexing points. Its simple design makes adjustment quick and easy. The calibrated Arm Supports are great additions to either the Max2 or Max3 Breast Boards. The arm supports provide flexibility, support and comfort improving patient positioning and reproducibility. The supports offer 5 indexing points on the vertical post, 4 on the horizontal and 4 to rotate the arm support. Providing a secure support for the patients’ arms during treatment, a thick arm pad provides extra patient comfort during immobilization. The Back Stop provides extra support and prevents the patient from slipping down. The vinyl covered wedge can be positioned in six different positions for better reproducibility. The Back Stop is included when you purchase the Max3™ and is available as an accessory for the Max2™ or Max2™ Sim Board. The SecureFit Bar and the SecureFit Sliding Bar allow you to lock down to the most common treatment and simulator couches. This positioning aid will help with exact and precise positioning throughout the entire treatment. |
